Why I Named My Girl Catia?
When I first heard the name catia, it caught my heart. The meaning — Chaste, pure — felt powerful. Coming from our heritage, and with roots in Portuguese, it felt connected to who we are.
We weren’t drawn to a trendy name — we wanted something timeless. catia stood out for all the right reasons. Every time I say it, I’m reminded of the pride behind it. That’s why I named my girl catia.
